Venue Information

The Supermarket is a multi-use arts and creative event space where art, community and culture come together. It's fun and quirky, kind of like us. Most likely a local artist's work will be featured in the space during our Celebration event.

Access to the adults-only venue is through the front door on Highland Avenue. Please note there are two flights of steps down into the space. ADA access is available via the back alley/Ottos's parking lot.

WHAT TO WEAR

We’re turning The Supermarket into our own late-night EDM music festival! Come dressed in whatever makes you feel comfortable, festive and maybe a little goofy. This is definitely not a “you need to wear a suit or cocktail dress” kind of event.

Think bright colors, funky prints, metallics, sequins, glitter, fringe, mesh, denim, graphic tees, fun jackets, hats, sunglasses, and glow accessories. And don’t forget those fabulous sneakers or boots.

There may be awards involved… so consider this your warning that effort, originality, and glorious absurdity could be rewarded.

So....what exactly are we celebrating?

A marriage! But we’re skipping a few pages of the traditional wedding playbook. No ceremony, no bridal party, no rehearsal dinner and no bouquet toss—just one seriously fun night with our favorite people. Come ready to eat, drink, dance and celebrate with us.

Wait...there's no ceremony??

Correct! We’re getting straight to the good part. This is a celebration, not a traditional wedding ceremony and reception. When you arrive, the party begins.

Are kids invited?

Kids are allowed at the Friday night Welcome event, but please note that The Local is a loud bar and will not have high-chairs or traditional kid-friendly amenities. The Saturday Celebration is for adults only.

Will there be dinner?

Absolutely. Come hungry. We’ve got you. Please let us know about any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

What kind of music should we expect?

The kind that makes you want to dance. Think EDM and K-Pop. We’re leaning into the music-festival energy of the night, so don’t expect a soundtrack built around traditional wedding standards. Expect a party.

Can I really wear sequins / sneakers / something slightly ridiculous?

Please do. If you’ve ever looked at something in your closet and thought, “Where would I ever wear this?”—this may be your moment. Fun, comfortable dancing shoes are also a very good idea.

What about parking and transportation?

Both venues are within a 5 to 10 minute walk from The Hotel Clermont. Guests of The Hotel Clermont have access to $20 overnight parking rates. Lyft, Uber and Waymo are all available in the area. After a few cocktails might be the perfect time for you to try that freaky driverless transport option.

Is there a registry?

We truly don’t need anything. Having the people we love together in one place is more than enough. Who should I contact with any questions?

Please call or text Megan at (602) 540-2181 with any wedding weekend or logistical questions. Please don't fat finger the last digit or you may end up calling her mom. If Megan doesn't get back to you right away, she may be in the middle of giving CPR.
